The FBI today arrested leaders of the 3 Hebrew Boys, the Columbia investment group accused of taking $79 million from 8,000 investors in 23 states.

Disgraced Former Clay County Missouri Deputy Sheriff Donald A. Devens Charged By Feds After Attacking Motorist, Destroying Dash Camera Video
KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI - A former Clay County sheriff’s deputy was charged in federal court Tuesday with violating a defendant’s civil rights by using unreasonable force during an arrest and with obstruction of justice.
Wesley A. Lewis, the driver, was taken into custody. Devens was accused of assaulting Lewis and then destroying dash camera video of the arrest to obstruct the investigation, according to the news release.
If convicted of both charges, Devens could be sentenced to up to 30 years in federal prison without parole. He could also be fined up to $500,000.

Pentagon figures show 40,000 U.S. troops have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder since 2003. But officials believe many more are keeping their illness secret.

Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.), the liberal icon who has spent more than four decades at the forefront of social-change efforts in Congress, has a cancerous brain tumor, physicians at Boston's Massachusetts General Hospital said yesterday.
A biopsy of a portion of Kennedy's brain identified a malignant glioma as the cause of the seizure that hospitalized him Saturday, according to a statement by Lee H. Schwamm, the hospital's vice chairman of neurology, and Larry Ronan, the 76-year-old senator's primary-care physician. A glioma is the most common type of brain tumor, accounting for more than half of the 20,000 or so diagnosed in the United States each year. The prognosis for patients is poor, according to the National Institutes of Health.

Recently WeAreChange members have been viciously attacked by provocateurs, security staffing, and the NYPD for expressing their 1st amendment rights. These actions have led to multiple legal cases and WeAreChange deems these actions a direct assault on our organization and message. We are currently in the process of obtaining representation with a background in aggressive constitutional law, familiar with the corrupt courts system, able and willing to carry on to the end. We are not ignorant of the hurdles before us and the massive resources of our enemies. Physical assaults and battery merit aggressive legal action if only to set a prescient that WeAreChange is serious about protecting the constitutional rights of our members in face of such heinous allegations.
Our first priority is the criminal defense of Gary Talis, now facing trumped up and completely libel 3rd degree assault charges. Additionally, those individuals and/or organizations who willingly submit falsified testimony must be litigated in civil court for libel, slander, defamation of character, etc. Matt Lepacek is also facing charges for disorderly conduct for expressing his 1st amendment right to publicly question Laura Bush in the last minute of the event as she walked off stage, and Sabrina Rivera has a upcoming court date with a provocateur harasser from ground zero after being clearly caught on video with Sabrina Rivera and Luke Rudkowski. In the past we have missed opportunities to defend our selves due to financial limitations; this is no longer an option when faced with public persecution by slander and the very serious false assault charges pending against Gary Talis.
The legal defense will be substantial. We are establishing a WeAreChange defense fund for costs incurred throughout all current and future legal proceedings. Given these unfortunate circumstances, we also see an opportunity—there is a light at the end of the tunnel. State Says Hundreds Of 9/11 Rescue Workers Now Dead, Admits Undercount
New York State health officials have released statistics indicating that 360 9/11 rescue workers have since died, but have also admitted that there is an overall undercount.
The New York Daily News reports that of those deaths 154 have been explained and 80 have died of various forms of cancer, mostly impacting the lungs and digestive system while others were related to blood cancers and heart and circulatory diseases.
"It's the tip of the iceberg," said David Worby, who is representing 10,000 workers - 600 with cancer - who say they got sick after working on rescue and recovery efforts.
"These statistics bear out how toxic that site was," Worby said.
