Self-Confessed 9/11 "Mastermind" Confessed to Crimes He Didn't Commit
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the self-confessed mastermind of 9/11, was waterboarded 183 times in one month, and “confessed” to murdering the journalist Daniel Pearl, which he did not. There could hardly be more compelling evidence that such techniques are neither swift, nor efficient, nor reliable

New Information on the Death of 911 Eyewitness Barry Jennings
It seems that Dylan had hired a private investigator to look into Jennings death which remains shrouded in mystery. His motive was simply to bring some closure to the life of Barry Jennings, and in doing so to honor the memory of this brave American. The Investigator ended up referring the case to Law enforcement before refunding his pay, and told Dylan never to contact him again. Very unusual to say the least. Dylan also paid a visit to the Jennings home. He found it vacant and for sale.

However, there were “no signs of foul play. It’s under investigation. Police were called at 4:49 a.m.,” Fairfax County Police Public Information Officer Lucy Caldwell told AHN Media in a telephone interview.
Asked if the death was a suicide, Caldwell said they were leaving that determination up to the county medical examiner. She wasn’t sure if the body had been removed yet or not when AHN spoke to her at 8:30 a.m.
“We were just called to respond to an unattended death and it’s under investigation,” Caldwell said.

Police records indicate cop planted gun on dead teen: lawsuit
A Minneapolis family is suing after attorneys discovered in police records what they say is proof that a 19-year-old gunned down by an officer in 2006 while allegedly waving a gun, was actually unarmed.
Officer Jason Anderson, who shot Fong Lee eight times after chasing him through a playground, was honored for his bravery after a Baikal .380 was found just two feet from the corpse.
But a new suit filed by Fong's family carries the weight of police records which indicate officer Anderson had taken the Russian firearm from his precinct's evidence locker, where it had been logged after a burglary in 2004. Attorneys for Fong's family also released video surveillance images which they say prove Lee was not armed.

Army lied about how my son died in Iraq: Friendly-fire victim was 'misidentified' as enemy gunman
WASHINGTON - Army brass in Iraq whitewashed an incident of a soldier killed by his own lieutenant by blaming the dead hero, stonewalling his family and promoting his killer, the Daily News has learned.
The friendly-fire victim, Pfc. David Sharrett, 27, of Oakton, Va., was "misidentified" by 1stLt. Timothy Hanson as an enemy gunman during a botched night raid Jan. 16, 2008, against an Al Qaeda in Iraq stronghold north of Baghdad, the Army belatedly acknowledged.
Sharrett bled to death as his buddies searched frantically for him for 25 minutes after the firefight ended.
For four months after the Army knew the truth, it still insisted to Sharrett's father that he was killed by enemy fire - and gave only atemporary wrist slap to Hanson under pressure from the families of Sharrett and two other G.I.s killed in the clash.

Millville police officer cut wife's hands to fake self-defense in killing, prosecutor says
BRIDGETON — The prosecutor arguing the state’s murder case against a suspended Millville police officer revealed in court Wednesday that evidence suggests Sgt. Robert Vanaman cut his wife’s hands in the moments after he shot her.
First Assistant Prosecutor Ken Pagliughi said state Medical Examiner Dr. Lyla Perez is scheduled to testify about the significance of the “bloodless cuts” she observed on Barbara Vanaman’s hands during the slain woman’s autopsy.
According to Pagliughi, Perez is expected to explain how those cuts were inflicted “at or near the time” of Barbara Vanaman’s death on May 11, 2006 — a version of events that seems to contradict the police officer’s story that he shot his wife in self defense because she attacked him with a knife.

1 Fired, 4 Suspended in Botched Drug Sting
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- An investigator was fired Thursday and four other Tallahassee police officers were suspended two weeks without pay for their roles in a botched drug sting that led to the death of a young informant.
A grand jury reported Aug. 1 that it found police undercover operations negligent in the shooting death of 23-year-old Rachel Hoffman, who was killed in the aborted sting in early May. Two men -- Andrea Green and Deneilo Bradshaw -- await trial on first-degree murder charges.
Hoffman, a recent Florida State University graduate, had been arrested for using and selling marijuana and ecstasy. Police said the drug investigation was a way for her to avoid prison time.
She was given $13,000 to buy drugs and a gun from suspected dealers at a park in a sting arranged by police. Her body was found two days later in rural Taylor County.

Satanists Stab Victims 666 Times Each

FOUR teenagers were horrifically slain by Satanists — stabbed 666 times each and then EATEN.
The gang of Devil worshippers butchered their victims and roasted them on a bonfire before devouring their flesh.
The gang of Devil worshippers butchered their victims and roasted them on a bonfire before devouring their flesh.
After police arrested eight suspected members of the ring, one boasted how they had previously dug up the grave of a newly-dead girl and eaten her heart. Another said he did not expect to be punished, saying: “Satan will help me to avoid responsibility. I made lots of sacrifices to him.” And a third said he had got fed up with God for not making him rich and that “things improved” after he started praying to the Devil.
The discovery in Yaroslavl, 300 miles from Moscow, sent a shudder across Russia — where Satanists are feared to have committed a string of mutilations and killings. Russia has seen a series of gruesome murders, rapes and desecrations linked to Satanic cults. Moscow alone has 15 whose worship is thought to revolve around symbols such as 666, an upturned five-pointed star within a circle and the swastika.
The dad of victim Andrei said: “My son said he had Goths and Satanists among his friends. “I wasn’t scared. I thought, ‘Well, let him spend his time sitting around a cemetery — there’s not much harm in that, is there?’

Police: Arkansas Shooter had Party Boss' name on Post-it Note!
LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (AP) -- The killer of Arkansas' Democratic Party chairman had written his victim's name on a Post-It note and had two sets of car keys from his victim's car dealership, but links between the men and a motive for the slaying remains a mystery to investigators.
Police said Timothy Dale Johnson, 50, also owned at least 16 guns, had antidepressant pills and made out a will before shooting Bill Gwatney on Wednesday at party headquarters in Little Rock.

The name "Gwatney" and a telephone number were written on a Post-It note found in Johnson's home, police said. They wouldn't say whether the number matched the Democratic headquarters or a Gwatney-owned car dealership, if either.

Gunman Kills Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — A man recently fired from a Target store barged into the Arkansas Democratic headquarters Wednesday and fatally shot the state party chairman before speeding off in his pickup. Police later shot and killed the suspect after a 30-mile chase.
Police identified the suspect as 50-year-old Timothy Dale Johnson of Searcy, a town about 50 miles northeast of Little Rock. They said that moments after the shooting, Johnson pointed a handgun at a worker at the nearby Arkansas Baptist headquarters. An official there said he told the worker, "I lost my job."
Chairman Bill Gwatney died four hours after the shooting. The 48-year-old former state senator had been planning to travel to the Democratic National Convention later this month as a superdelegate. He had backed Hillary Rodham Clinton but endorsed Barack Obama after she dropped out of the race.

Judge quashes murder charges against New Orleans police in Katrina shootings
The district attorney's office in New Orleans is considering whether to appeal a judge's decision to toss out murder and attempted murder charges against seven police officers for a shooting in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
In quashing the indictments Wednesday, District Judge Raymond Bigelow agreed with defence arguments that prosecutors violated state law by divulging secret grand jury testimony to a police officer who was a witness in the case.
Survivors of the Sept. 4, 2005, shootings have said the officers fired at unarmed people crossing the Danziger Bridge to get food at a grocery store.
Ronald Madison, a 40-year-old mentally disabled man, and James Brissette, 19, were killed and four other people were wounded.
The officers admitted to shooting at people on the bridge, but said they were fired upon first.

If You Care About the Troops, Then You Have to Care About Private LaVena Johnson
LaVena Johnson, a private in the Army was brutally raped, beaten and killed in 2005. Her teeth were knocked in, her nose broken, she had teeth marks on her body and there was corrosive liquid poured into her vagina, most likely to destroy evidence. Then she was shot and her body set on fire. After all this, the military called it ... a suicide.
Who are they kidding? What is the real reason they are covering up this murder? A trail of blood from the private's body led into the tent of a military contractor from Kellogg, Brown & Root (a subsidiary of Halliburton at the time). I don't want to make any conclusions now about who might have done this and why it was covered up, but one thing that is exceedingly clear from the evidence is that she was murdered and there needs to be an investigation into who did it.
There is a website set up to follow this case and demand justice: http://www.lavenajohnson.com/

White House Has No Information On Hundreds Of Kidnapped, Executed Americans In Mexico
Cybercast News Service specifically asked Press Secretary Dana Perino last Friday for information pertaining to a still operative travel alert issued by the State Department, which warned travelers that violence "equivalent to military small-unit combat" was taking place along the southern U.S. border with Mexico.
"Recent Mexican army and police force conflicts with heavily-armed narcotics cartels have escalated to levels equivalent to military small-unit combat and have included use of machine guns and fragmentation grenades," said the State Department alert.
Perino told CNS that she did not know whether the President was aware of the alert or not.
A follow up email to the White House requesting specific information on legal action concerning 128 documented cases of murders and executions of Americans in Mexico in the last two years was met only with a recommendation to contact the attorney general of Mexico.
Suspect in MD Officer's Death was Strangled
A 19-year-old man suspected of killing a Prince George's County police officer was strangled in the county jail two days after his arrest, the state medical examiner's office concluded yesterday.
Ronnie L. White, who was found unresponsive Sunday morning, died of asphyxiation, and two small bones in his neck were broken, according to preliminary autopsy findings. County officials said he was separated from other inmates; only seven guards and an undisclosed number of supervisors had access to the area where White was held.
"We live in a constitutional democracy, and no one has the right to be judge and jury," Johnson said.

George W. Bush has Gotten away with Murder
Since former LA prosecutor Vince Bugliosi charged that Bush was guilty of the crime of mass murder, allegations by former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan have simply 'buttoned up' Bugliosi's already open and shut case. Bugliosi now has a material witness.
Bugliosi has much more than 'probable cause' to bring charges against Bush and his inner circle. He has the smoking gun, the open and shut case, the verifiable, indisputable fact that Bush knew Saddam did not have WMD but sent some 4,000 Americans to their deaths in Iraq anyway. I want to see McClellan on the witness stand spilling his guts about how Bush planned to hoax the world for the benefit of Dick Cheney's Halliburton!

Robert Mugabe's Militia burns Opponents Wife Alive
The men who pulled up in three white pickup trucks were looking for Patson Chipiro, head of the Zimbabwean opposition party in Mhondoro district. His wife, Dadirai, told them he was in Harare but would be back later in the day, and the men departed.
An hour later they were back. They grabbed Mrs Chipiro and chopped off one of her hands and both her feet. Then they threw her into her hut, locked the door and threw a petrol bomb through the window.
The killing last Friday – one of the most grotesque atrocities committed by Robert Mugabe’s regime since independence in 1980 – was carried out on a wave of worsening brutality before the run-off presidential elections in just over two weeks. It echoed the activities of Foday Sankoh, the rebel leader in the Sierra Leone civil war that ended in 2002, whose trade-mark was to chop off hands and feet.
